Acceptance
By creating an account and using Lumiris, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Lumiris is an electronic health record for occupational therapists, with intake, treatment plan, progress notes, reports and PDF export, including AI features to assist with writing.
Account and eligibility
You must be a licensed professional or an occupational therapy student and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Your responsibilities
You are clinically and legally responsible for the records you create. You must ensure the legal basis to process your patients' health data and the accuracy of the information entered.
AI features
AI generates drafts from your audio or text. Suggestions may contain errors and must be reviewed and validated by you before saving. Lumiris does not replace your clinical judgment.
Plans and payment
There is a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are charged via Pix, recurrently, and can be cancelled anytime, with no lock-in. Features vary by plan.
Intellectual property
Lumiris's software, brand and content are ours. The data you record remains yours; you grant us only what is needed to operate the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and improvements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Clinical responsibility for care and records always lies with the professional.
Cancellation
You can close your account anytime and export your data beforehand. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of your domicile, where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated, and the update date will appear at the top.
